Job summary

A1 is seeking a results-driven Head of Recruitment to lead software engineering hiring globally. You will partner with founders and engineering leaders to attract high-caliber talent across backend, mobile, desktop, and infrastructure.

This role requires strong judgment, speed, sourcing ability, and the capacity to assess engineering talent beyond resumes and brand names. You will own end-to-end processes and build strong pipelines to support rapid growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting software engineering talent in technology companies.
• Strong sourcing and talent mapping across global markets.
• Good understanding of engineering roles, tech stacks, and organizational structures.
• Ability to identify high-quality talent beyond pedigree and brand names.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement ability.
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving and ambiguous environments.
• High ownership and strong execution ability.
