Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer based in United States. The role blends customer-facing support with deep technical investigation across APIs, data connectors, and pipelines, including AI-assisted coding tools.

You will own escalated cases, work with Product and Engineering, and contribute to knowledge resources. The position offers a remote work environment with opportunities to influence product quality, support processes, and AI-driven operations.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in technical support, customer support, solutions engineering, or a related function in SaaS.
• Ability to diagnose and document complex technical issues methodically when root cause is unclear.
• Comfort reading code, making small changes, using APIs, integrations, and data pipelines.
• Agentic approach to problem-solving and testing AI-generated solutions.
• Strong curiosity about data movement, integrations, and product connectors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for customers and engineering teams.
• Ability to manage multiple technical cases with prioritization and clear communication.
• Direct experience with agentic AI tools for writing or improving code is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the resolution of complex technical and product inquiries across SaaS products and integrations.
• Diagnose root causes and clearly communicate findings to customers and stakeholders.
• Identify recurring issues and signals that risk products or accounts, and recommend actions.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success on escalated cases with thorough handoffs.
• Maintain and improve knowledge resources, guides, and resolution documentation.
• Use agentic AI coding tools to investigate unfamiliar code and create scripts.
• Propose draft technical fixes for Engineering review and validate AI-generated outputs.
• Define diagnostic processes and review AI responses for accuracy in workflows.
• Analyze support patterns to improve AI deflection and coverage.
• Balance autonomous AI handling with cases needing human investigation.
• Build deep knowledge of connectors, data flows, and technical behaviors.
• Manage multiple cases with clear communication and expectations.
