Job summary

Celestica, a technology leader in end-to-end product lifecycle solutions, seeks a Senior ATS Sales business development leader to drive growth in Global Engineering Sales. The role combines technical advisory with sales leadership, collaborating with Global Sales and Engineering Service teams to guide opportunities from discovery to customer award.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; minimum 15 years sales experience in a technical area
• Ability to travel 25–50% domestically and internationally
• Ability to manage complex projects in a matrix organization
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated analytical abilities with attention to detail
• Experience managing a multi-million dollar sales pipeline and achieving AOP bookings
• Excellent follow-through; driven and self-motivated

Responsibilities

• Support Engineering Services business development across all ATS market segments.
• Act as the primary liaison between Celestica Engineering and customers, communicating value proposition and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Develop and execute Engineering account and opportunity strategies by understanding customer needs and market trends to drive outcomes.
• Specialize in providing technical insights and guidance for projects and developing customer strategies.
• Support product commercialization efforts, including DFx and Test strategies with Commercialization Services.
• Gain competitive intelligence and tie insights to Celestica strengths in the market.
• Understand customer business trends and identify new opportunities via consultative sales.
• Lead the sales process as main focal point to understand needs and deliver proposals and RFQ responses to customers.
