Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in complex software engineering environments, with ≥5 years in a customer-facing leadership role.
• Deep hands-on experience in C/C++, Python, Linux kernel, platform drivers, and open source development.
• Executive presence with proven ability to manage C-suite relationships.
• Commercial and strategic acumen to translate client needs into scalable solutions.
• Experience with emerging tech (AI/ML) and integrating into customer architectures.
• Global leadership to guide distributed engineering teams across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal technical advisor and strategic executive partner for a key customer account.
• Co-author product roadmaps and define engineering project scopes with the customer's leadership.
• Escalation point for technical and operational issues, managing readouts and resolutions.
• Represent Celestica in industry venues and standards bodies.
• Lead and mentor global engineering teams allocated to the account.
• Oversee full SDLC tailored to the account with global teams and metrics.
• Champion engineering best practices including code reviews, automated testing, GenAI tooling, and documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering velocity and resource allocation.
• Establish quality and revenue assurance frameworks with KPI dashboards.
• Identify risks and expansion opportunities within the account.
• Transform technical breakthroughs into commercial value.
