Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Senior Global Accounts Solutions Architect to design end-to-end, integrated lifecycle solutions spanning design, manufacturing, services and financials, crafting compelling value propositions that win for Celestica.

You will coordinate with Sales, GCU and finance to translate customer needs into Celestica capabilities, assemble cross-functional teams, develop proposals, and present timelines and deliverables to key client decision-makers as the trusted advisor.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of applicable experience.
• 2+ years of directly applicable solutions architect experience.
• Generated leads within targeted customers.
• Profit & loss responsibility highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of customized solutions for Global Accounts customers.
• Provide SME guidance on integrated solutions for Sales engagement teams.
• Orchestrate involvement of SMEs and site resources for solution development.
• Engage in consultative discussions to understand customer needs and translate them internally.
• Develop value stream maps and collaborate with finance to understand financial implications.
• Collaborate with Systems Architects, Sales Engineers and HPS to drive technical solutions.
• Partner with Sales and GCU to create compelling presentations of the solution's value.
• Support the negotiation team by explaining the ramifications of alternatives.
