Job summary

Ondo Finance is seeking an experienced technical recruiting leader to build and scale our engineering organization. You will partner with engineering leadership to define hiring strategy, attract top technical talent, and raise the hiring bar across the company.

The role is highly strategic yet hands-on, owning searches for critical engineering hires. As the recruiting function grows, you will mentor recruiters and help shape long-term talent strategy, employer branding, and recruiting

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical recruiting experience in high-growth environments.
• Proven success hiring senior software engineers and engineering leaders.
• Data-driven approach to recruiting strategy and process improvement.
• Strong partnering with engineering leadership and executives.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for senior engineering and technical leadership roles.
• Partner with engineering leaders to design hiring strategies and interview processes.
• Build pipelines of passive technical talent through sourcing and networking.
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing and candidate evaluation.
• Drive recruiting metrics, reporting and forecasting to improve speed and quality.
• Improve processes with AI, automation, and tech recruiting tools.
• Champion a strong candidate experience from outreach to close.
• Mentor recruiters and sourcers and shape recruiting best practices.
