Job summary

Optiver is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to advance our end-to-end experienced recruitment strategy for technical talent in the US. You will partner with engineering leaders to design interview processes, assess candidates, and negotiate offers while building strong pipelines.

You will act as a trusted advisor, provide market insights, and develop innovative sourcing strategies to engage passive talent.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in full-cycle recruitment for experienced talent.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles in competitive industries.
• Knowledge of talent markets for software/hardware engineers is advantageous.
• Consultative approach with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse a plus) and sourcing platforms.
• Ability to analyze candidate data for reporting using Excel and AI tools.
• US work authorization is required; no sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, partnering with engineering leaders to develop hiring strategies and lead complex offer negotiations.
• Act as a trusted talent advisor to engineering leaders, providing market insights and guiding hiring decisions with data.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive talent and build high-quality pipelines.
• Take a data-driven approach to monitoring pipeline health and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Deliver a white-glove candidate experience from initial engagement through offer acceptance.
