Job summary

Optiver Holding BV is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to advance our end-to-end talent strategy for experienced technical professionals. You will partner with engineering leaders to create hiring processes, assess candidates, and manage negotiations through to offer acceptance.

You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering market insights and coaching on best practices, while developing innovative sourcing to build high-quality pipelines.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in full-cycle recruitment for experienced talent, ideally in-house and within financial services, technology, or professional services.
• Past experience recruiting for technical roles, ideally within a competitive industry.
• Knowledge of talent markets for engineers in software and hardware domains is highly advantageous.
• A consultative approach with demonstrated experience influencing stakeholders at all seniority levels.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse is a plus) and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• The ability to analyze candidate data for reporting purposes, utilizing tools like Excel and AI technology.
• A proactive, positive mindset with a passion for identifying and hiring top talent.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; we will not sponsor individuals for employment authorization for this job opening.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, partnering with engineering leaders to develop hiring strategies, design interview processes, assess candidates, and lead complex offer negotiations through offer acceptance.
• Act as a trusted talent advisor to engineering leaders, providing market insights, coaching on hiring best practices, and guiding hiring decisions through data and expertise.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent, leveraging market mapping, referrals, research, and creative outreach to build high-quality pipelines.
• Take a data-driven approach to monitoring pipeline health, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders to inform hiring strategy.
• Deliver a white-glove candidate experience from initial engagement through offer acceptance, representing Optiver's culture throughout the recruitment journey.
