Job summary

Stripe is seeking a consultative and creative recruiter to grow and scale our Frontend, Backend and Fullstack Engineering teams across AMER. You'll own full-cycle recruiting, drive hiring strategy, and deliver best-in-class candidate experience in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house highly preferred).
• Use AI and real-time data to speed up hiring, spot key trends, and give candidates and hiring managers a better experience.
• Experience partnering with hiring teams throughout the recruiting process, acting as an effective hiring partner and trusted advisor.
• High agency, can handle ambiguity in a fast-moving organization, and thrives on a high level of autonomy and responsibility.
• Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipelines.
• An active and data-driven approach to problem solving; you enjoy making sense of the trends and using the insights to better your process to make it more efficient.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally.
