This role will leverage an AI-driven sourcing platform to combine high-touch candidate engagement with modern recruiting techniques. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of technical recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for enhancing candidate experience while partnering closely with hiring teams. The position is in-office five days a week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles (in-house or agency).
• Strong communicator who can build trust quickly with candidates and hiring teams.
• High-agency and self-directed, with the ability to operate in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, Product, and Design roles.
• Source and engage high-quality talent using modern tools.
• Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements.
