The successful candidate will manage multiple open positions, build pipelines, screen for technical fit, and ensure smooth interview coordination, offers, and joining processes.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of recruitment experience.
• Significant US hiring / US staffing experience.
• Hands-on sourcing with modern tools (LinkedIn/recruiting portals).
• Experience working with recruitment vendors / staffing partners.
• Knowledge of the US recruitment lifecycle and work authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for US-based positions.
• Translate requirements into an effective sourcing strategy.
• Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals).
• Coordinate interviews and manage vendor partnerships to ensure quality submissions.
• Drive closures, offers, and joining with accountability.
