Qualifications

• 8+ years of end-to-end tech recruitment experience.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates.
• Experience engaging senior partners and acting as a Talent Advisor.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools (iCIMS preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Talent Partner: align with hiring managers to define candidate requirements and lead on sourcing strategy.
• Sourcing and attracting candidates through job boards, social media, events.
• Screening and interviewing candidates via initial phone screens.
• Candidate experience and engagement, timely feedback and communication.
• Offer management in collaboration with hiring managers and People Partners.
• Data management and reporting on pipeline activity and requisition status.
• Employer branding through events and social media collaboration.
