Qualifications

• 8+ years of end-to-end Tech Recruitment experience.
• Proven success in using innovative sourcing to attract passive candidates.
• Experience engaging senior partners and acting as a Talent Advisor.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Talent Partner: align with hiring managers to define candidate requirements and drive diverse hiring.
• Sourcing and attracting candidates through multiple channels.
• Screening and interviewing: initial phone screens to evaluate qualifications.
• Candidate experience and engagement: ensure a positive, proactive candidate experience.
