Job summary

Lynn Rodens is seeking a Senior Technology Recruiter to lead a full 360° desk from North Austin, TX, with a hybrid model (3 days in office). The role offers an OTE around $150K and autonomy to structure your desk within a mature, performance-driven environment.

You will develop client relationships, source top tech talent, and own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle while leveraging centralized support for contracts and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of agency recruitment experience required.
• Specialization within technology, ideally including technology sales, semiconductors, embedded systems, robotics, or data centers.
• Demonstrated billing and business-development success.
• Ability to independently build and operate a recruitment desk.
• Commercial, self-motivated mindset with the drive to generate new business.
• Senior, pragmatic approach; this is not a delivery-only or junior recruiter position.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full 360° recruitment desk with approximately 90% permanent recruitment and a smaller contract portfolio.
• Develop new and existing client relationships.
• Source, engage, and place specialized technology professionals.
• Build and grow a clearly defined technology recruitment niche.
• Independently manage your pipeline, priorities, and market strategy.
