Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience performing full life cycle recruiting.
• 2+ years of experience hiring technical talent in the Austin market.
• Proven experience recruiting for high-growth teams globally.
• Ability to thrive in a self-directed environment and balance multiple priorities.
• Experience partnering with HR and leadership to recruit cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead full life cycle recruiting for Technology, Media Services (TMS) and G&A functions.
• Partner with Global Lead Talent Partners and hiring managers on market trends and compensation.
• Develop data-driven sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines for complex roles.
• Conduct intake meetings, screen candidates, and guide hiring teams on equitable interviewing practices.
• Elevate the candidate and stakeholder experience and own the local Austin recruiting experience.
