Ampirical is hiring a Principal Technical Recruiter to own sourcing for senior leadership and specialized roles across the organization. You will design and execute relationship-driven sourcing strategies, build enduring candidate pipelines, and advise executives on market conditions, compensation, and timelines.

You will also lead intake and assessments, manage sensitive offers, and mentor junior recruiters.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of recruiting experience including senior leadership and niche-skill hiring.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field; 10+ years can substitute.
• Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools, maintaining relationship and touchpoint history.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing strategy for senior leadership and niche-skill hires using network-based outreach.
• Build long-term pipelines of leaders and specialists for anticipated needs.
• Lead intake, assessment, and candidate negotiations with senior leaders.
• Present well-vetted candidates with market context and compensation positioning.
• Mentor recruiters on networking-based sourcing and executive search techniques.
