You will partner with the CEO and senior leaders, build trusted relationships, and own the search from strategy to close in a high-stakes, on-site environment. The role requires 8+ years of recruiting experience in deep tech, with a track record of closing senior candidates without agencies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruiting experience, including senior-level or executive hiring.
• Experience in deep tech, hardware, infrastructure, or highly technical environments.
• Proven ability to close senior candidates in competitive markets without agency support.
• Exceptional judgment and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end executive and senior leadership recruiting.
• Partner with CEO and founders on strategy and role definition.
• Deliver a superior candidate experience from first contact to offer.
• Close high-impact hires, including equity and relocation considerations.
