Job summary

Amp empirical is seeking a Principal Technical Recruiter to lead senior leadership and niche-skill hiring across Ampirical. The role develops and executes relationship-driven sourcing strategies to reach candidates in small talent pools and maintains long-term pipelines for anticipated needs.

You will mentor recruiters, advise executives on market conditions, and ensure searches comply with EEOC and confidentiality.

Qualifications

8+ years of recruiting experience, including senior leadership and niche-skill hiring
Experience with ATS and sourcing tools
Knowledge of EEOC/OFCCP requirements and confidentiality standards

Responsibilities

Own sourcing strategy for senior leadership and niche-skill hires using relationship-driven approaches.
Build and maintain long-term pipelines for anticipated needs and key leaders.
Lead intake sessions with senior leaders to define success profiles and scope.
Present well-vetted candidates and manage offer negotiations.
Mentor Recruiters and Sr. Recruiters on executive search techniques.
Represent Ampirical at industry events and engage passive leaders.
