HopHR is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join their remote team. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend traditional recruiting with innovative AI tools. You will be responsible for conducting full-cycle searches and building relationships with candidates and clients.

This position provides a clear growth path to becoming a Principal Technical Recruiter within 18–24 months while gaining deep AI recruiting expertise through mentorship and collaboration with senior recruiters.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, especially in engineering, data, or product roles.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in building strong candidate relationships.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle searches for technical roles: Software Engineers, Data Engineers, ML/Data Science contributors.
• Partner with senior recruiters on offer strategy and client relationships.
• Integrate AI into recruiting processes.
