Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate functions including Finance, HR, Legal, Technology, Supply Chain, Marketing and Communications.
• Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to develop sourcing strategies and define talent profiles.
• Proactively source, engage and assess passive and active talent across domestic and international markets.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience and uphold a strong employer brand throughout the process.
• Track recruiting metrics and leverage data to improve hiring outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.

The Senior Recruiter, Global Corporate Functions is responsible for leading full-cycle recruiting efforts across a broad portfolio of corporate and shared services functions. This role partners closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition colleagues to develop talent strategies, deliver exceptional candidate experiences, and attract top talent for domestic and international positions.
