Inspire Brands is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruiting for complex technology roles across our organization. You will proactively identify, engage, and attract top technical talent, leveraging strategic sourcing and market intelligence to build strong pipelines.

You will partner with executives, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align talent strategies with business objectives and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.

The Senior Technical Recruiter is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment efforts for complex technology roles across the organization. This individual will proactively identify, engage, and attract top technical talent through strategic sourcing, market intelligence, and relationship-driven recruiting practices.

Key responsibilities include building and maintaining high-caliber candidate pipelines, developing innovative sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-fill technical positions, and serving as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders throughout the hiring process. The Senior Technical Recruiter partners closely with executives, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align talent strategies with business objectives and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.

• Demonstrated success sourcing passive talent for highly specialized and competitive technical skill sets.

• Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging recruiting metrics to drive decision-making and improve hiring outcomes.
