Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Recruiter II to lead full lifecycle recruitment for technical positions in Herndon, VA (On-site) with potential alternate locations in NYC and Nashville. The role involves sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, and onboarding, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external staffing partners, utilize an ATS, and drive hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related discipline.
• Five or more years of professional recruiting experience.
• Proven experience sourcing and recruiting technical professionals and software development engineers.

Responsibilities

• Execute full lifecycle recruitment activities for multiple business units.
• Source, screen, interview, and assess talent for specialized technical roles.
• Coordinate reference checks, facilitate offer extensions, and oversee orientation processes.
• Conduct exit interviews and update candidate records in the ATS.
• Provide direction to team members and external staffing partners as needed.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and help drive hiring goals.
