Job summary

Huzzle is seeking a Delivery Consultant to drive retained executive search for senior leadership and sales roles across NA and EMEA. The role emphasizes proactive sourcing, high-touch outreach, and collaborative handoffs to UK leadership for interviews.

You will build pipelines, maintain candidate engagement, and hit weekly targets using LinkedIn, cold emailing, and cold calling, in a fully remote setup with international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing passive candidates for senior leadership and sales roles.
• Ability to work UK business hours (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM GMT) with some flexibility.
• Proven track record meeting weekly delivery targets and KPIs in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive candidate sourcing strategies to identify passive talent within niche technology markets.
• Conduct initial outreach and high-level screening calls to sell senior candidates on exclusive, retained opportunities.
• Deliver a consistent pipeline of qualified profiles against weekly KPIs (CVs delivered, profiles added, and calls booked).
• Facilitate the transition of qualified candidates to the UK-based leadership team for second-stage interviews.
• Manage high-volume outreach across multiple channels including cold calling, LinkedIn, and email.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate engagement and progress within the search lifecycle.
