Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract) to own full-cycle recruiting for technology and customer-facing roles across the AMER region. You will partner with Talent Attraction to manage pipelines and deliver qualified candidates quickly in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll bring 5+ years of recruiting in tech or professional services within large organizations, and you’ll use data and market insights to influence hiring decisions while leveraging AI recruiting tools and ATS

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.
• Strong track record of delivering against goals in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing competing priorities under pressure.
• Consultative, data-informed approach with market intelligence and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across Technology, Customer Success, and Professional Services.
• Source and engage candidates through inbound and outbound channels, partnering with Talent Attraction.
• Proactively identify, pipeline, and qualify talent based on job requirements and priorities.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to fill openings and build future pipelines.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver qualified talent efficiently.
• Work with sourcing partners, recruiting coordinators, and advisors to provide a high-touch candidate experience.
• Build trusted relationships with candidates and stakeholders, advising on tradeoffs and market data.
