You will own full-cycle recruiting for Technology, Customer Success, and Professional Services, building pipelines and partnering with Talent Attraction to source and engage top talent.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in technology and professional services
• Proven ability to influence executives and stakeholders to drive hiring outcomes
• Track record of delivering in high-volume, fast-paced environments
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and managing competing priorities
• Consultative, data-informed approach with market intelligence and analytics
• Experience with AI recruiting tools and related technologies (Workday and Slack preferred)

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across Technology, Customer Success, and Professional Services
• Source and engage candidates via inbound/outbound channels with Talent Attraction partnership
• Identify, pipeline, and qualify talent based on job requirements and business priorities
• Develop and execute strategies to fill openings and build a future-ready pipeline
• Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver qualified talent efficiently
• Collaborate with sourcing partners and recruiters to deliver an efficient candidate experience
• Build relationships with candidates and stakeholders, using data to inform hiring decisions
