Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or Recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Manage candidates through full recruiting life cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, referrals, negotiating, and offers).
• Create and execute recruitment plans for leadership, professional, skilled trades and engineering roles.
• Maintain a high requisition load while managing the complete recruitment cycle.
