Job summary

QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey is seeking a senior software engineer and solutions architect to help clients design and deploy scalable, production-grade AI-enabled platforms. You will drive end-to-end technical initiatives, from data pipelines to deployment architectures and operational excellence.

You'll lead cross-functional teams, translate business needs into actionable roadmaps, mentor engineers, and deliver measurable outcomes while upholding McKinsey's standards for quality and ethics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field such as CS or engineering.
• 10+ years of software engineering or solution architecture experience with complex systems.
• Deep expertise in full-stack development and deployment architectures.
• Experience designing, implementing, and optimizing AI/data pipelines and MLOps.
