Job summary

QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey in Atlanta seeks a senior full‑stack engineer to own architectural decisions and deliver scalable AI‑enabled software. You will mentor teammates and collaborate with product managers and designers to produce production‑ready solutions.

You will work hands‑on across the stack, assess frameworks, implement cloud architectures, and ensure security and reliability. The role rewards initiative and deep collaboration with clients and the QuantumBlack Labs teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing full‑stack applications.
• Deep proficiency with frontend or backend frameworks and ability to select packages for scalable solutions.
• Experience designing complex, secure APIs (REST/GraphQL) and building production‑grade systems.
• Proficiency across two cloud providers and building CI/CD pipelines from scratch.
• Strong engineering leadership and collaboration across cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own architectural direction for workstreams and ensure scalable, production‑grade delivery.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with clients, product managers, and designers.
• Design and implement robust software across the full stack, including cloud design and AI safety considerations.
• Collaborate with QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey and QuantumBlack Labs teams to build enterprise AI capabilities.
