Job summary

McKinsey & Company in the United States is seeking a results-driven recruiter to support QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey, and Experienced Professional hiring across US and Canada. You will lead end-to-end technical recruiting for Data Science, Data Engineering, Product, Software Engineering, and ML roles, building strong candidate pipelines and guiding teams through the interview process to offers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years end-to-end technical recruiting experience with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Experience screening across Data Science, Data Engineering, Product, Software Engineering and ML Engineer roles.
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and recruiting colleagues.
• Excellent time management in a complex, largely autonomous environment.
• Willingness to travel and work in-person.
• Strong English written and verbal communication; adjust style for seniority.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-quality, full-cycle recruitment practices embodying values and creating exceptional hiring journeys.
• Manage end-to-end management of candidates in your pipeline; intake conversations, candidate generation, assessment through to offer creation and cultivation.
• Attract and develop pipeline of candidates through compelling messaging and understanding of the technical landscape.
• Coordinate and execute all stages of the recruitment process, including interview days and events, to contribute to recruiting strategy.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives and participate in recruiting-related projects as needed.
• Collaborate with QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey, and Experienced Professional teams to meet US/Canada hiring needs.
