• Track record leading through change in high-pressure, evolving environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to drive beneficial outcomes for the firm.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic technical program plans aligning with organizational goals and cross-functional collaboration.
• Oversee complex technology program execution, managing resources, budgets, timelines, risks, and roadblocks.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams; define decision-making processes.
• Guide selection and implementation of technologies, platforms and software tools with strong technical fluency.
• Champion continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities and staying current with emerging technologies.
