Klaviyo seeks an experienced Technical Program Manager to connect our Infrastructure organization with the broader engineering world, driving critical cross-cutting programs that affect how we build, operate, and secure our platform at scale.

You will juggle many concurrent initiatives across cloud infra, FinOps, build systems, migrations and security operations, keeping teams moving and escalation quick when priorities shift. This role emphasizes proactive leadership and measurable delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management within a fast-paced product engineering environment, ideally SaaS or high-growth tech.
• Demonstrated experience driving large-scale infrastructure rollouts across multiple engineering teams.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, FinOps, security operations, and software migration programs.
• Strong fluency in tools such as Jira, Linear, Asana, or Smartsheet.
• Track record of managing competing priorities and delivering results without direct authority over engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the rollout of infrastructure initiatives across engineering. Drive programs from planning through completion, coordinating across teams that don't report to you and don't always have capacity to prioritize infrastructure work.
• Manage a high volume of concurrent efforts across security operations, FinOps, build system changes, software migrations, and other cross-cutting programs with clear prioritization and status visibility.
• Hold teams accountable and surface capacity issues, bringing the right people into conversations to reach timely trade-off decisions.
• Develop reporting on the status of all infrastructure rollouts so leadership always knows what's on track and what decisions are needed.
• Partner with Infrastructure leadership to build a rolling roadmap and align investments with engineering and business priorities.
