Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking a technically fluent Technical Program Manager to connect Infrastructure with the broader engineering org, driving cross-cutting programs that affect how we build, operate, and secure our platform at scale.

You will own rollout of infrastructure initiatives, manage many parallel efforts across security, FinOps, migrations, and ensure alignment with engineering and business priorities. Strong collaboration and bias for action are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management within a fast-paced product engineering environment, ideally SaaS or high-growth tech.
• Demonstrated experience driving large-scale infrastructure rollouts across multiple engineering teams.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, FinOps, security operations, and software migration programs.
• Track record of managing competing priorities and delivering results without direct authority over engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the rollout of infrastructure initiatives across engineering. Drive programs from planning through completion, coordinating across teams that don't report to you and don't always have capacity to prioritize infrastructure work.
• Manage a high volume of concurrent efforts across security operations, FinOps, build system changes, software migrations, and other cross-cutting infrastructure programs.
• Hold teams accountable and iterate to keep the realm of influence efficient; surface capacity issues and drive trade-offs.
• Develop a reporting framework to provide program health and status to leadership; keep on-track and informed.
