Qualifications

• 5+ years of program, project, or product management delivering SaaS solutions.
• 4+ years HRIS/workforce Scheduling/Labor Optimization in large enterprise.
• 3+ years Workday experience (HCM & Scheduling) preferred.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships.
• Understanding AI technologies and responsible adoption in HR.
• Track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong technical knowledge across cloud, APIs, databases.
• Strong written and verbal communication across all levels.
• Organizational and planning skills under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Consult internal partners on leveraging technology to support processes.
• Support Workforce Management with Workday Scheduling and Labor Optimization tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support AI-driven HR initiatives.
• Hold HR/Technology stakeholders to design principles.
• Deliver demos, status updates, and risk mitigation to VP level.
• Manage cross-organizational programs to drive improvements and decisions.
• Define and evaluate tool needs to ensure data integrity.
• Own project intake, prioritization, and roadmap execution for HR tech.
• Own process design and requirements gathering, UAT plans, and rollouts.
• Prioritize features and develop backlog.
• Drive complex programs across teams.
• Engage vendors to influence SaaS roadmaps.
• Benchmark with industry peers.
• Use research and usability sessions to validate design.
• Root cause analysis for KPIs.
• Manage special projects as assigned.
