Job summary

Chase is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager within the Consumer & Community Banking Engineering Tools & Productivity team to lead complex technology programs aligned with business goals.

You will drive program plans, define success metrics, manage risks, and collaborate with engineering, product, and cybersecurity to deliver integrated outcomes, while championing agile practices and AI-enabled governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical program management leading complex technology initiatives.
• Ability to influence decisions across engineering, product and business leaders.
• Experience reasoning through system behavior and reliability trade-offs with senior engineers.
• Proven track record delivering in agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute program plans to ensure on-time delivery of ET&P capabilities.
• Define requirements, success metrics/OKRs, and roadmaps with engineering and product.
• Identify and mitigate risks; address roadblocks and contingency plans.
• Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, product, architecture, cybersecurity, and operations.
• Establish program operating rhythm including intake, prioritization and governance.
• Champion adoption of agile methods and continuous improvement.
• Drive programs that improve CI/CD and release capabilities with engineering teams.
• Use data-driven insights to improve adoption and productivity (DORA metrics, etc.).
• Leverage enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate planning with proper validation.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted governance with human review.
