Qualifications

• 5+ years leading complex technology programs in a large org.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities with data sensitivity awareness.
• Ability to validate AI plans and escalate when unsure.
• Advanced stakeholder management across cross-functional teams and clients.
• Proficiency in programming languages and web relationships.
• JIRA SME with strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Networking/Infrastructure – firewalls; ACM requests.
• Familiarity with Akamai/F5 in PSaaS context.
• Knowledge of IP addressing and subnetting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with technical requirements, resources, and timelines.
• Lead risk synthesis and ensure AI-enabled planning with proper validation.
• Identify and mitigate risks; deploy contingency plans to maintain momentum.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders on scope and deliverables.
• Assess program performance with data-driven optimizations for efficiency.
• Champion agile delivery and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted governance and reporting with human review.
