Chase, a leading financial services firm, seeks a Lead Technical Program Manager to guide the Consumer & Community Banking Global Customer Platform through complex technology programs. You will drive delivery, balance budgets, and lead high‑performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

You will apply enterprise AI capabilities, manage risk, and partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to align initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading complex technology programs in large organizations.
• Demonstrated experience using enterprise AI capabilities to support management workflows.
• Ability to review AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations with strong data handling awareness.
• Advanced stakeholder management to influence cross-functional teams and clients.
• Experience in vendor relations enabling on-demand access to shared apps and services.
• Proven track record managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in agile settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with requirements, resources, and timelines.
• Leverage AI capabilities to accelerate planning, RAID, and executive updates with data sensitivity in mind.
• Identify and mitigate risks; implement contingency plans to maintain momentum.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define scope and deliverables.
• Use data-driven analysis to assess performance and optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Promote agile practices and a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Govern program governance and reporting with AI-assisted reusable practices and human review.
• Drive integration of new technologies and processes with existing systems.
• Foster clear communication among team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Provide regular progress updates and data-driven recommendations for adjustments.
