Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Lead Technical Program Manager within the Consumer and Community Banking Engineering Tools & Productivity team.

You will spearhead large-scale technology programs, driving CI/CD, automation, and data-driven decision-making to deliver innovative engineering solutions and adoption across 16,000 engineers. You will influence leadership, manage budgets and resources, and shape risk strategies while collaborating with engineering customers to deliver high-quality service

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading complex technology initiatives in large organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to influence decisions across engineering, product and business leaders.
• Ability to reason about system behavior, production issues, and reliability trade-offs with senior engineers.
• Proven track record managing dependencies, risks, and delivery in agile environments.
• Data-driven approach: define metrics/OKRs, measure impact, and drive improvements.
• Fluency in CI/CD, SDLC, release engineering, observability, and incident management.
• Experience using AI capabilities to support program management workflows with validation habits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute program plans for on-time delivery of ET&P capabilities.
• Partner with engineering and product to define requirements and roadmaps.
• Identify and mitigate risks; address roadblocks and contingency plans.
• Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, product, architecture, cybersecurity, and operations.
• Establish and maintain program operating rhythm including intake, prioritization, and governance.
• Champion agile ways of working and continuous improvement.
• Drive programs delivering CI/CD and release capabilities; manage roadmap and outcomes.
• Leverage data-driven insights to improve adoption and productivity.
• Promote use of AI capabilities for planning, RAID, and executive updates with data sensitivity.
