Job summary

Chase is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager within Consumer and Community Banking's Data Technology team to guide complex technology programs, drive delivery, and align with business goals.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and apply AI capabilities with strong validation and data sensitivity. The role emphasizes agile governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization.
• Advanced expertise in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with vendor management and enabling access to shared pools of applications/services.
• Proven ability to manage resources, budgets and high-performing teams in agile environments.
• Proficient in applying analytical reasoning to break down objectives into tasks and actions.
• Experience with enterprise AI capabilities and data sensitivity awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with technical requirements, resources, and timelines.
• Identify and mitigate risks; implement contingency plans to maintain momentum.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define program scope and deliverables.
• Apply data-driven analysis to assess program performance and optimize efficiency.
• Leverage AI capabilities to support planning, risk synthesis, and executive updates while ensuring data handling compliance.
• Promote AI-assisted governance and reporting with appropriate human review.
