Chase is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager within the Consumer & Community Banking Global Customer Platform to drive complex technology programs. You will lead enterprise-wide projects, manage budgets, coordinate with engineering, product, and business teams, and apply AI-enabled solutions to improve planning and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management in a large organization
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities for program management workflows
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans and risks
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor relations
• Proven ability to manage resources, budgets, and high-performing teams
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and multiple projects
• Adaptability to changing priorities

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with technical requirements, resources, and timelines
