Job summary

Crusoe is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager, Learning & Development - Tech, to lead global onboarding and learning initiatives for managers and to drive the Team Effectiveness Project.

You will partner with senior leaders across engineering, data center operations, and Employee Success to ensure the Tech population can scale with Crusoe’s rapid growth. This role blends strategy with hands-on design and facilitation.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of L&D leadership experience, with scale in technical or engineering contexts.
• Data-driven approach using learning metrics and analytics.
• Strong program design and execution skills with an emphasis on manager programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate onboarding and learning programs for Crusoe's global manager population.
• Develop and oversee the Team Effectiveness Project.
• Balance strategy with hands-on creation of learning journeys for tech teams.
