Crusoe is seeking a Senior L&D Program Manager to design and operate a global Manager Development Program. You will balance strategy with hands-on execution, shaping learning journeys and facilitating manager experiences across engineering, manufacturing, and data center functions.

Ideal candidates have 8–10+ years of L&D leadership, strong technical fluency, and a data-driven mindset to measure ROI and program effectiveness. Travel ~25% to global offices and sites is expected.

• Deep understanding of engineering, operations, and manufacturing contexts.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate the Manager Development Program globally.
• Facilitate manager experiences and learning journeys.
• Partner with HR, Talent Development, and senior leadership to create tracks.
• Build measurement frameworks to evaluate program ROI and impact.
• Collaborate with People, IT, Workplace and business leaders for high-touch experiences.
