Job description

Crusoe is on a mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. As the only vertically integrated AI infrastructure company built from the ground up, we own and operate each layer of the stack — from electrons to tokens — to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. When you join Crusoe, you join a team that is building the future, faster.

We're in the midst of the greatest industrial revolution of our time. The demand for AI compute is boundless, and power is a bottleneck. We're solving that — with an energy-first approach that makes AI infrastructure better for the world and faster for the people innovating with AI.

We're looking for problem-solving, opportunity-finding teammates with a sense of urgency, who believe in the scale of our ambition and thrive on a path not fully paved — people who want to grow their careers alongside a team of experts across energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services.

If you want to do the most meaningful work of your career, help our customers and partners advance their AI strategies, and be part of a high-performing team that believes in each other, come build with us at Crusoe.

About the Role:

As Senior Program Manager, Learning & Development - Tech, you will continue to develop and operate a best-in-class global Onboarding & Learning Programs for Crusoe’s global manager population. You will also develop and oversee Crusoe's Team Effectiveness Project. This role is ideal for an experienced L&D strategist who moves quickly, thrives in fast-paced environments, and brings instructional precision, big-picture thinking, and operational excellence.

You will balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution—designing and facilitating manager experiences, curating learning journeys for teams & individuals, and establishing data-driven feedback loops that resonate with our Tech population. Partnering directly with senior leaders across engineering, data center operations, and Employee Success you will ensure our Tech population is equipped to scale with Crusoe’s rapid growth.

What You'll Be Working On:
  • Onboarding Program: Facilitation and partner with your teammates to keep our Crusoe Onboarding experience …
  • Manager Program Facilitation: Facilitate and continuously evolve Crusoe’s Manager Program (“Manager Bootcamp”)
  • Tech Onboarding Journey Curation: Build a cohesive, end-to-end development journey that connects our Tech population to Crusoe’s mission, business model, and organizational impact.
  • Team Effectiveness: Work with Tech Employee Success Partners to understand what kind of support Tech teams need. Design & facilitate Tech team offsites, deliver Working Genius, DiSC and 5 Dysfunctions of a Team content.
  • Modular & Functional Tracks: Partner with internal teams (HR / People, Talent Development, senior leadership) to build modular and team-specific development tracks tailored to technical, and data center operational teams.
  • Program Operations & Metrics: Build robust measurement frameworks and feedback loops to evaluate program effectiveness, track leadership performance metrics, and optimize operational delivery.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
  • 8–10+ Years of L&D Leadership: Proven track record in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Instructional Design, with explicit experience scaling manager programs inside technical, engineering organizations.
  • Technical Org Fluency: Deep understanding of how engineering and technical operations leads work best, what motivates them, and how to build credibility in highly technical cultures.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Expertise using workforce analytics and learning metrics to evaluate program ROI, identify performance risks, and justify strategic interventions.
  • Program Execution: Equal parts strategic architect and hands-on builder; comfortable designing frameworks from scratch in ambiguous, fast-growing environments.
  • Enthusiasm for Travel: Willingness and ability to travel to global offices, and data centers as needed (approx. 25% travel).
Bonus Points
  • Organizational Development Background: Advanced grounding in adult learning theory or organizational effectiveness.
  • Modern L&D Tech Stack: Hands-on familiarity with tools such as WorkRamp, Lattice, Confluence, or modern LMS/knowledge platforms.
