Crusoe is seeking a Senior L&D Program Manager - Manager Programs to lead a global Manager Development Program. You will partner with senior leaders across engineering, data center operations, manufacturing, and corporate teams to scale leadership as Crusoe grows.

You will balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution—designing learning journeys, facilitating experiences, and establishing data-driven feedback loops. Expect ~25% travel to global offices and sites as needed.

Formación

• 8–10+ years in Learning & Development leadership, with proven experience scaling manager programs inside technical, engineering, or industrial contexts.
• Deep understanding of engineering, technical operations, and manufacturing cultures and how to build credibility in these environments.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using workforce analytics to measure ROI and guide interventions.
• Willingness to travel to global offices, manufacturing sites, and data centers (approx. 25%).

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate and evolve Crusoe’s Manager Program, aligning content with company strategy and operational priorities.
• Curate a cohesive manager development journey connected to Crusoe’s mission and impact.
• Build modular tracks with internal teams for technical, manufacturing, and data center operations.
• Design robust measurement frameworks to evaluate program effectiveness and leadership metrics.
• Collaborate with People, IT, Workplace, and business leaders to deliver high-touch manager experiences.
