Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Senior L&D Program Manager to lead Crusoe’s global Manager Development Program. You will partner with senior leaders across engineering, operations, manufacturing, and corporate teams to scale leadership capabilities and ensure manager readiness for rapid growth.

You will design learning journeys, curate modular tracks, and establish data-driven feedback loops to assess program ROI and impact. Expect ~25% travel to global offices and sites.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of L&D leadership within technical, engineering, or industrial environments.
• Experience scaling manager programs and developing leadership at scale.
• Comfort designing frameworks and hands-on execution in fast-growing contexts.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and evolve Crusoe’s Manager Program to align with strategy, culture, and priorities.
• Curate an end-to-end manager development journey connected to Crusoe’s mission and impact.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Development, and senior leadership to build modular tracks for technical and manufacturing teams.
• Build measurement frameworks and feedback loops to evaluate ROI and leadership metrics.
• Partner with People, IT, Workplace, and business leaders to create high-touch manager experiences.
