Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Senior L&D Program Manager for Manager Programs to design and operate a global manager development program. You will partner with senior leaders across engineering, data center operations, manufacturing, and corporate teams to scale leadership.

You’ll balance strategy with hands-on execution, curating learning journeys, tracking ROI, and improving program delivery. This role requires travel ~25% to global offices and sites.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in Learning & Development leadership within technical/industrial orgs.
• Experience scaling manager programs and driving ROI via analytics.
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and evolve Crusoe’s Manager Program and bootcamp.
• Design end-to-end manager development journeys aligned to strategy.
• Create modular tracks with HR, Talent Development and leadership.
• Build measurement frameworks to track leadership metrics and impact.
• Collaborate with People, IT, Workplace and business leaders for seamless experiences.
