Job summary

Certus Recruitment Group in Austin, TX is hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant for a hybrid role with full ownership of your desk across North America. You will lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technology, Go-to-Market, and related functions, building relationships with founders, hiring managers and executives.

You will source top talent, advise clients on market trends, and drive growth with an uncapped commission structure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' agency recruitment experience.
• Proven track record running a 360 recruitment desk.
• Experience recruiting Technology, Sales or Go-to-Market markets.
• Strong business development and client management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Win new business through proactive development and networking.
• Build long-term relationships with founders, hiring managers and executives.
• Recruit tech and Go-to-Market professionals across North America.
• Manage full recruitment process from briefing to placement.
• Source high-caliber candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and direct search.
• Provide market intelligence and salary benchmarking.
• Build a strong personal brand within your market.
