11 Investments is seeking a Senior Candidate Focused Recruiter for GTM roles in Austin. The role emphasizes candidate delivery, building relationships with clients, and generating leads while maintaining a commercial mindset.

Hybrid working is available and the team collaborates across multiple brands in the group. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, participate in events, and help expand our US presence with a focus on candidate quality and outcomes.

• Build and manage an engaged network of candidates in GTM.
• Run an exceptional candidate process for each role.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with candidates and clients.
• Network in GTM space through events, meet-ups, and meetings.
• Provide thought leadership to connect activity with results.
• Manage complex negotiations to close roles.
• Work with the team to hit individual and team targets.
• Positively promote the 11 Investments brand in the market.
