A global recruitment firm is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead growth in Tech & GTM recruitment. This role will involve building a high-performing recruitment practice, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and establishing new client relationships. Candidates should have 1+ years experience in recruitment, ideally within tech sectors. You will receive substantial support, including innovative tools and an energetic NYC office environment. Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruitment experience in Tech or GTM.
• Proven billing success is a bonus.
• Confident in managing key accounts and developing business.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale a high-performing Tech & GTM recruitment practice.
• Own a 360° desk across various hiring modes.
• Develop and execute business plans targeting tech companies.
• Lead business development and new client acquisition.
• Deepen relationships with existing clients.

Skills

Recruitment/sales experience (Tech OR GTM OR both)

Billing success in contract and/or perm recruitment

Developing new business

Networks in cloud, SaaS, engineering, product

High-energy approach to sales
