You will act as the primary contact and trusted advisor, driving retention and expansion while coordinating with Customer, SI partners, and Duck Creek teams.

As part of the Customer Success Family, you’ll advocate for customers, navigate contract milestones from go-lives to renewals, and translate challenges into successful plans using the Duck

• Manage and develop multiple OnDemand and OnPrem accounts, guiding them through SDLC and renewal.
