Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 4 years delivering Duck Creek projects.
• Experience leading Agile or hybrid projects involving multiple teams and vendors.
• Proven track record of Duck Creek upgrade projects and related initiatives.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational change skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Duck Creek Upgrade for Coverys through all stages of execution, managing scope, schedule, cost, risks, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Leads to plan sprints, track delivery progress, and align with business priorities.
• Maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, and executive dashboards for transparency and accountability.
• Drive decision‑making and issue resolution across business, IT, and vendor teams.
• Coordinate UAT, release readiness, and production cutover for assigned projects, including stakeholder sign‑off and contingency planning.
• Provide project management for other enterprise initiatives as needed.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of Duck Creek implementations, upgrades, and enhancements across modules.
